Lunafest Premiere

In response to the public health crisis of breast cancer, the Breast Cancer Fund identifies -- and advocates for elimination of -- the environmental and other preventable causes of the disease.
Lunafest is a national traveling film festival of short films by, for, and about women. All proceeds benefit the Breast Cancer Fund.
AACO volunteers participated in the festivities of a VIP reception and film screening. Afterwards, AACO volunteers participated in the teardown of the event.
The goal of this event was to help raise money and awareness for environmental causes of breast cancer. It was my personal goal to have an event that showed new volunteers how much fun it can be to volunteer and hopefully encourage further involvement in AACO.
